Photography
Photography was my first visual language. It taught me to observe people, gestures, streets, silence, and atmosphere. Before a story becomes a film, it often begins as a frame: a face, a place, a movement, or a moment that asks to be remembered.

Documentary as a way of listening
My interest for documentary work grew from research, photography, field observation, and a deep interest in underrepresented histories. I am drawn to stories where personal memory meets public history, and where archives, interviews, places, and reenactments can help recover voices that are often left outside official narratives.
